Version 2026-09-05.
You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal right or authority to provide the submitted material.
A submission does not request or create legal representation, an attorney-client relationship, a fiduciary relationship, or a duty to file, investigate, preserve a legal claim, meet a deadline, or take action on your behalf.
NOVA Due Process intends to maintain identifiable submitted material as non-public, subject to the Privacy Notice. Submission does not authorize public release of identifiable student records or other private documents.
You authorize review, organization, analysis, verification, and de-identification of submitted material for the project's informational, research, advocacy, and public-accountability purposes. De-identified or aggregated observations may be used without identifying you or a student.
Reasonable safeguards are used, including private cloud storage and encryption at rest, but absolute confidentiality or security cannot be guaranteed.
NOVA Due Process may review, decline, retain, delete, summarize, or request additional information, and does not promise investigation, publication, advocacy, response, or any particular outcome.
The document scrubber provides suggested redactions as an aid and does not guarantee that all identifying, confidential, privileged, or sensitive information will be detected. Before selecting public publication, the user must review the sanitized copy and expressly authorize publication. Selecting “Share with NOVA Due Process” makes the material available privately to project administrators and does not publish it publicly. Public publication exposes only the user-approved sanitized text and summary through the public library; the original upload remains private.
